Salvation Army Bell Ringing

Ring the Bell. Spread Hope. Change Lives.

Each Christmas season, volunteers across Susquehanna County join together as Salvation Army Bell Ringers — raising funds that directly support local families in need. Every dollar dropped into a red kettle helps provide emergency assistance, food, clothing, and shelter to neighbors right here at home.

Whether you volunteer as a family, school club, church group, or with coworkers, bell ringing is a joyful way to give back and share the spirit of the season. Shifts are just two hours long and begin the Friday after Thanksgiving (11/28) and run through Christmas Eve (12/24), excluding Sundays. Every ring makes a difference!
